No Ngerian referee made the list of 64 officials appointed by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to officiate at the U17 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) coming up in Morocco in March 2025
The list includes 17 referees, 18 assistant referees, 10 Video Assistant Referees (VAR), 5 assessors, 6 instructors, 5 CAF staff members, and 3 IT support and VAR technicians.
The Golden Eaglets of Nigeria failed to qualify for the tournament after finishing fourth at WAFU B regional competition held in Cote D’Ivoire
The tournament will take place from March 30, 2025, to April 19, 2025
