Meet Toluwalase Arokodare:One Of The Super Eagles Of Nigeria Newly Invitees

The head coach of Super Eagles of Nigeria Eric Chelle this afternoon unveiled his 39-man provisional squad for the crunch world cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe this month.
One of the newly invited players who unsurprisingly made the list is Toluwalase Arokodare.
Tolu Arokodare started his career in Latvia with Valmiera FC.
After 32 games in Latvia, Arokodare netted 22 times.
In 2020/21 season,He had a short spell in Germany with Koln FC where he made 10 appearance without scoring a goal.
Arokodare joined French side Amiens in 2022.
In his first season in France, Arokodare found the back of the net eight times.
He subsequently netted six times in the following season.
Following the impressive show in France, Belgian side Genk called his service and joined in 2023
He scored only two goals in his first season in Belgium.
He put up an improved shows in 2023/2024 season when netted 12 times in 40 games for Genk.
Arokodare has been one of the most sought players in Europe after scoring 16 goals and creating five others in 28 games for Genk this season.
He currently tops Belgian league scoring chart.
Arokodare’s call-up to Super Eagles squad is a testament to hardwork, consistency and determination .
He will be a good back-up to Victor Osimhen and Victor Boniface
