Abia Angels Coach Adanna Praises Team Brilliant performance In 3-0 Win Over Nasarawa Amazons

Abia Angels Head Coach, Adanna Nwaneri, has praised the team brilliant performance, in their 3-0 thumping over Nasarawa Amazons, on Wednesday, in the Nigeria Women’s Football League (NWFL).
The encounter which was a Matchday 2 clash, at the Umuahia Township Stadium, saw Abia Angels bounced back to winning ways, through goals from Merit Offor 20′, Dorothy Eshiet 38′, Chiamaka Ojilafor 86′, to secure the maximum points.
Coach Adanna, while speaking shortly after the game, revealed that she is happy with the win, and that the team played according to her tactics and formations.
” I’m so happy that we were able to secure the maximum points, with a brilliant team performance, because the girls played according to my tactics and formations,” Adanna said.
” The team played more better today, than the first game against Edo Queens a week ago in Benin, which I felt was the worst game for us because of the way we conceded the goals.”
But I’m glad that the team were able to bounce back to winning ways, and we will be ready and prepare to keep the performances going into the next games.”
The former Heartland Queens gaffer further expressed that it will be a tough game against The Owerri ladies next week, but said that they have confident of getting the maximum points in Owerri.
” Yes, it is going to be a tough game against Heartland Queens, but we are confidence of getting the maximum points, because no team is unbeatable at home,” She Concluded.
