Coach Blessing Perez who is the founder of RoyalGold academy has been appointed as the chairman Ondo state Minifootball Association.
The National General Secretary of the Nigeria Minifootball Association, Mr. Davids Adewoye in a letter sent to coach Blessing Perez attributed his appointment to an unwavering commitment and exceptional efforts in promoting grassroots sports in Ondo state.
A section of appointment letter reads: “Having satisfied the requirements of the association, you are hereby found worthy by the board of directors, in accordance with articles 29 and 30 of the association’s constitution, to be appointed as Chairman of the Ondo State Minifootball Association.”
Coach Blessing Perez is not only lover of conventional football but also has penchant Minifootball.
Blessing Perez after his appointment earlier today assured that doors will be opened to players who are not part of conventional football, emphasizing that minifootball is meant to complement and not to compete with traditional football.
