The Solid Miners will look to forget their match-day 12 league loss away to Akwa United at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State, in a hurry.
The team succumbed to a 1-0 defeat to the hosts in the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League Season in a rescheduled encounter on Saturday afternoon.
Paul Acquah scored the decisive goal in the 34th minute of the first-half at the Nest of Champions, capitalizing on a defensive lapse.
Akwa United were reduced to ten men in the reverse half after Reuben Bala was twice yellow-carded for infringements.
Despite putting up spirited efforts, Nasarawa United could not find the equalizer.
The Solid Miners drop to 19th position on the league table with twelve points from twelve games, while Akwa United leapfrog to 16th spot with 12 points but superior goal advantage.
The Coach Kabir Dogo-led charges will take a cross-country trip to the New Jos International Stadium to face Plateau United in the NPFL Match-Day 13 clash on Sunday, 24th November, 2024.
