The winner of this year’s CAF Women’s Champions League in Morocco will get up to 1 billion naira.
African Women Football Clubs will receive USD 150,000 (255 million naira) each for participating in the CAF Women’s Champions League Morocco 2024.
The eight clubs in this year’s competition are guaranteed at least USD 150,000 (255 million naira) in prize money each, marking a significant step forward in support for women’s football on the continent. This year, the total prize money has been raised by 52 percent to reach USD 2.35 million (3.995 billion naira).
For the 2024 edition, the breakdown of prize money is as follows:
Winner, USD 600,000 (1.02 billion naira);
Runner-up, USD 400,000 (680 million naira);
3rd Place, USD 350,000 (595 million naira);
4th Place, USD 300,000 (510 million naira);
3rd in Group Stage, USD 200,000 each (340 million naira);
4th in Group Stage, USD 150,000 each (255 million naira).
