Niger Tornadoes FC Kick Off Unity Pre-Season Tournament With A Win

The Ikon Allah Boys made a stellar start to the Unity Pre-Season Tournament in Abuja, defeating CONAC FC of Nasarawa in their opening match. Olawale Emmanuel Ayodele scored the opening goal, followed by a skillfully executed free kick by Mohammed Hussaini to atone for his earlier missed penalty which doubled the lead.
Despite missing several scoring opportunities, particularly in the first half when Akintunde Azeez’s shot hit the crossbar, the team persevered. Second-half substitute Ayodele also struck the post before ultimately finding the back of the net.
The Ikon Allah Boys will face 2k-19 FC of Abuja on Tuesday in their next game of the tournament, looking to build on their winning momentum
