Rosemary Chukwuma this evening failed to qualify for the final of women 100m final.
Chukwuma who finished third at her heat yesterday finished 8th.
St Lucia Julien Alfred won the semi-final running a staggering 10.84s while USA’s Sha’Carri Richardson finished 2nd with the automatic spot in a time of 10.89s.
Nigeria’s Rosemary Chukwuma started very well in the race, but will live to fight another day.
