Emalex FC of Owo has been promoted to Nigeria National League after beating Cynosure FC of Ebonyi on penalties.
Emalex FC defeated Oyomesi FC at the first round of the play-off.
The match played at Benin ended goaless at halftime.
Timi Joseph put the Ebonyi state-based side in the second half.
Balogun Olamilekan restored parity two minutes to the end of the match.
Emalex FC however won 4-2 on penalties.
Ondo State will now have a representative at NNL next season
