Bala Nikyu has resigned from his position as head coach of the Nigeria Premier Football League club, Gombe United.
Nikyu took the decision following Gombe United’s relegation from the NPFL.
The Savannah Scorpions were relegated to the Nigeria National League following a 2-0 home defeat against Sunshine Stars on Sunday.
The well-travelled coach had taken charge of the team earlier in the campaign following Mohammed Babaganaru’s resignation.
