Sunshine Stars’ U-17 Team Head Coach,Shade Akinrolabu, has shifted focus to the second match of the NPFL Youth League against against its South West counterpart, Shooting Stars FC U-17 team of Ibadan.
It would be recalled that Sunshine Stars and Sporting Lagos played out a 2-2 draw in the first match of the Group D zonal elimination in Ikere.
Sunshine Stars had to come back twice from behind to take a point from the game.
Afolabi Omobolaji struck a beautiful free kick in the first half to level the game in the first half and later equalised for his team in the second half again after trailing behind early in the second half.
Akinrolabu said the team would continue with the tempo to ensure that his team qualified from the group.
Earlier, Remo Stars U-17 had defeated Shooting Stars U-17 3-2 to lead the group into the second match day.
Sunshine Stars U -17 team will trade tackles with Shooting Stars FC youth team tomorrow morning by 10 :am .
