The Super Eagles Supporters’ Club under the leadership of Barrister Johnson Dagana has commended Super Eagles of Nigeria for securing one of the round of Sixteen slots at the ongoing AFCON in Cote D’Ivoire.
Super Eagles yesterday beat Guinea Bissau by a lone goal but finished second behind Equatorial Guinea leaders who had superior goal difference having tied on points.
Speaking with newsmen in Abidjan after the match yesterday,the deputy national president of Super Eagles Supporters’ Club Alhaji Musiliu Alao hailed the team for zooming to the next of round of tournament.
He expressed Optimism that super eagles would beat their next opponents
“First and foremost,l say congratulations Super Eagles’ coaching crew, players and all patriotic sports loving Nigerians”.
“We are optimistic of beating our next opponents”.
“The Super Eagles Supporters’ Club under the leadership of Barrister Johnson Dagana with its teeming members will keep supporting the team”.
Super Eagles of Nigeria will likely face Senegal, Guinea or Cameroon in the round of Sixteen encounter
