The Super Eagles Supporters Club under the leadership of Barrister Johnson Dagana has hailed Super Eagles of Nigeria for defeating hosts Cote D’Ivoire in the second match in group A, Sportsgister.com reports

Speaking with newsmen after the match in Abidjan, deputy national president of Super Eagles Supporters Club Alhaji Musiliu Alao Jimoh saluted the team’s resilience.
“We deserved this victory having failed to defeat Equatorial Guinea in our first match”.
“Super Eagles is a compact team,we fear no foes”.
“We will beat Guinea Bissau in our last group match”.
